Key responsibilities Engage with clients via phone, chat, and email to understand their financial goals and challenges Support clients during financial crises by providing guidance and connecting them with resources Evaluate clients' financial situations and develop actionable plans for their immediate and long-term needs Required qualifications Genuine desire to reduce financial stress and improve the financial health of working families Experience in a customer- or client-facing role with a focus on improving client situations Preferred experience in banking, financial planning, or credit counseling Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to client interactions Strong critical-thinking skills and comfort with technology, including Google Workspace and Slack
